Keith Lane leads an extensive team of Celebrity Cruises sales professionals, delivering best in industry modern luxury cruise vacation experiences for guests sailing on any one of our twelve vessels; to destinations including The Caribbean, Europe, Bermuda, Alaska, The Galapagos Islands, Asia, Dubai, and other exotic destinations.

Keith is responsible for Field Sales, National Accounts, Inside Sales, Sales Communication and Training for North America, Celebrity Cruises. Keith's focus has been twofold; grow Celebrity's long- term success as North America's leading premium cruise line, and the development of Celebrity's North American sales team. Keith proudly looks after a team of four Directors of Market Sales (Michelle Homoky, Tammy Egger, Scott Clifton and Ken Brooks) and their teams in North America; a Director of Inside Sales, Sales Communication and Event Management (Gilda Romero) and his AVP of National and Strategic Accounts, Ron Gulaskey.

Early in his career with the RCCL organization, Keith's leadership garnered experience as the Director of Sales in the Mid-Atlantic Region for Royal Caribbean International, as well as Director, Trade Support and Service. Under his leadership these teams grew with significant improvements in all key business metrics.

Prior to Royal Caribbean Ltd, Keith spent 15 years in the “salty snack industry”, thus going from “Corn Chips to Cruise Ships”! He is passionate about two things with his team; the development and success of the Celebrity team and, setting the benchmark as the industry leading premium cruise line. Keith graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management.
